WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?
If you bought your product in our online shop at www.mountain-nature.com and it is damaged, please take a photo and send it to support@mountain-nature.com with the description of the problem. We will then review your complaint and decide how to proceed.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ORDERED GOODS?
You have the right to return any product you purchased on Mountain-Nature.com within 30 days.
The goods must be unused, the packaging and label must also be intact. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the returned goods. The purchase price will be refunded to you as soon as we have received the return. The shipping costs of the order will not be refunded to you. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used when ordering the item.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or size, please send the unwanted product back and place a new order.

WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ITEM OR GOT THE WRONG SIZE?
If you receive a delivery with damaged goods, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us at support@mountain-nature.com. We will fix the error as soon as possible. Depending on your wishes, you will receive a new product or we will refund the purchase price. Important: Please give your order number when contacting us!
CAN I ORDER OR CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER?
Since we strive to send all orders as quickly as possible and orders are processed within 15 minutes, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes afterwards.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders are shipped by DPD from our warehouse in Italy. The shipping time is usually 3-5 working days.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is free for orders of € 35 or more. If you order for less than € 35, a flat shipping fee of € 7,00 will be charged.
